What do you guys think about google paying 1.6 billion for YouTube These two college kids are good for the rest of their lives now....
I think its because youtube is almost completely in command of the internet video hosting "market", and google had all this extra dough sitting around. They know that google video is getting demolished by youtube in terms of hits, popularity, etc. So what do they do? Yeah they pay an excessive amount to these two college kids.
They couldve offered less than 50 million and the guys woulve said yes. they now have like 800 million dollars each I mean is it possible to spend that much in your lifetime unless you have an unlimited amount of servants?

Youtube is the biggest video hosting for public. Google is trying to dominate now. Their video hosting was horrible. Youtube is much better and people are able to upload their videos on it. I just hope it stays free for people who wish to upload.

Those two kids must be very, very happy. 800 million dollars...

well google has so much money if it doesnt stay free it will be the worst thing ever and noone will use it....
