Unrealistically, a helicoptor. Think about it, how much fun is a super sports car when the speed limit is only 65, and then have to deal with traffic. I'd wanna fly over that shizz.

Then unrealistically, Ford GT, Lamborghini Miura, 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302, Aston Martin DB9, Saleen S7 Twin Turbo, Pagani Zonda F, BMW M6, McLaren F1, Porsche Carrera GT, any other Porsches besided the convertibles and Cayenne, Ferrari Enzo, and the new Ferrari 599 GTB. And yes that is unrealistic.

realistic choice would have to be a '97 toyota supra pushing well over 1000 rwhp....hmm the sex. or a mazda rx-7. my unrealistic choice would have to be.....a nissan skyline gtr-34 also pushing well over 1000 awhp.
