View Poll Results: Play on grass or turf?

So i dont have much experience with turf, but i played my first game today, and we got slaughtered. The other team had a turf field, seemingly meant for football, as the lacrosse lines were lightly painted over in blue. I thought it was ridiculous. You can barely get your stick under the ball... Anyways, i think grass is way better. I was wondering about other people's thoughts...

i love playing on turf for football or lacrosse its so much easier to play in even in rain since i run on my toes and you get more friction on the turf

We played on areally wierd type of turf. It was a bit like felt and your shoes after the game were all green. I find that I love playing on grass.

That is some old turf then, my dad talks about turf like that from the 70's and 80's.
I love turf though. It has a nice true bounce and it is easy for gbs.

i like turf, unless its sucky turf. sometimes grass is good if its well maintained. Actually, I like grass if it is REALLY nice, otherwise turf is better

Turf. My school just got a 1 million+ turf field put in, and it is the NICEST thing ever. Players from the other team have gotten on their knees and rubbed it, it's really funny.
