I am a runner and a Lacrosse player.

I think it helps me remain in top shape for the season.

Anyway, thought I would see if any of you folks run as well, competitively or non-competitively.

I do a lot of running too. It helps me stay in shape and burn fat. I do a lot more once lacrosse begins. The only competitive running I have done is Cross Country in grade 8.

I try to job at least 2 times a week.

It really makes a noticable difference when the season comes around, so I heartily suggest that the others here jog as well.

I would run, but I have bad knees an gotta protect them, so I don't run when I don't have to. I'm a goalie though, so it's no big deal I guess.

I run competively, I have ran cross country for 3 years and am pretty good I do a 5K in about 18 minutes flat
