No rules, but you could still follow a bit of moral desency (sp?)

The last forum I was on was really small, but nice. But this place looks so much better than it did. I think I'll be staying here. But is there anyway of moving some of those more interesting forums towards the bottom over that mess of pro team logos? Why are they there anyway?
