The only way to see which member is actually is to see the green box under your points. It gives you an idea of how many reputations someone has earned. I think most people have earned 1 right now. Also, if you hover over that box, it will tell you how known the member is. Right now, a lot of people are "unknown quantity at this point".

Its just little phrases that are enabled with the rep points. There are other points. If you check out Bodybuilding.com Forums - Bodybuilding And Fitness Board, you can see the types of reputation phrases that some people have. On that forum, I have 435 points but only 5 green boxes.

A big thing to keep inmind is to not be a reputation spammer.

1. Don't give out rep way too much.
2. Don't make deals with people that you'll give htem rep if you give them rep, stuff like that.

You have to earn it fairly, doing good things.

For example:

A good post.
Helping somebody out.
A good tutorial or review.
A good thread.

Something in the lines of that.

Seems like its starting to work...people are gaining rep and losing rep as well. I think as the forum gets bigger the max for rep may need to be larger.
