I love warm burners low low low shots havein a long D stick if you get the big stick wound up low and u have good aim there is almost no way the goal keeper can get it inles they get there foot in the way on axadent which happened to me a few times I HATED THAT.

as a goalie, i have to say that the hardest save from a d pole is a high bouncer.

besides behind the back i like cannon because if i have the chance i just get to let one rip right at the goal

But the thing is I don't get the chance to shoot much so I choose the one that looks the coolest.

i think that the coolest shot is the behind the head or behind the back but in womens lacrosse the behind the back shot is very rarely done but it looks so cool when it is done right. I think that the best shot depends on the goalie...i find that shorter the goalie bounce shots work better....but on taller goalies the low shots work...it all depends on the goals and the accuracy of the person shooting....i use alittle of all the shotsin a course of the game

Yea i probobly use the high bouncer more than i actually use the side arm. The side arm shot is more fun.

worm burner man, goalie never sees that one coming. and you could probably guess behind the back lower nineties, they can never follow it.
