If you are talking about the sidelines then there are three boxes: 2 for each team and one in the middle seperating them. The 2 for each team are the sideline for each team and the one in the middle is for when you have to sub the player has to enter and the sub has to exit out of that box. Also if you get a penalty you have to serve the time of the penalty in the middle box.

ok so i get that but what about the two on the playing feild when the ball goes out and you have to stand in the boxes and then they said something like if you are winning by 2 you have to stay in the boxes to play and i dont get that

They are talking about the box created by the restraining line and the endline. Refs usally say "Keep it in". The team with the ball must keep it in within this area. If it goes out, the play is whistled dead and the ball goes to the other team.

This is done because one team may be up by a few goals and they just want to waste time.
