Default Outdoor NLL coming to Denver

The NLL announced that they will be starting a professional outdoor lacrosse league in 2008 and that Denver will most definitely have a team. The league's season will be in the fall from September to November so it won't compete with either the MLL or the NLL's indoor season.

The question is can Colorado support year round professional lacrosse from three seperate professional teams?

This probably belongs in the mammoth forum but I understand why you put it in here, but this is definitley going to be hard on the mammoths athletes who play in the MLL too, having to play year round will be extremly stressful on the body.
But then again they probably will have more players on the teams and players could probably opt out of it if they so pleased.

Dude, You should change your avatar picture. It is unbecoming for a guy to have an avatar of a chick. Not to mention people will probably think that you are a chick. But hey it's a free country so take this advice for what it is worth.

Back to the subject at hand. It will be interesting to see what happens in 2008. Will the NLL actually come through with an outdoor league? Will it be succesful? And if this does come to pass: How long will it take for the NLL and MLL to come to a merger?

As for how the two leagues stack up right now. I'd have to say I like the MLL a lot more. First off field lacrosse is way better than box lacrosse and secondly I think that the MLL has made a better and more stable product in a shorter period of time.

NLL-O Is going to die pretty quick. And I dont think that denver will be able to support another lacrosse team. Denver lacrosse teams average the highest attendance in both leagues. The will likely in this one. But the league will fold really quick.
