Layout for Lacrosse Field
If anyone needs help laying out either a men's or women's lacrosse field please let me know. I develop Excel based athletic field layouts as a hobby. I currently have soccer, rugby, men's and women's lacrosse field layouts complete. You only need to input your field parameters into an input table and the calculations to all the necessary points required to define your field are automatically calculated. You first need to establish the mid point of one end line and then the mid point of the other end line, stake the middle of the field etc, etc, etc. All the instructions on how to layout a field are included.
You will need two 300 ft measuring tapes, stakes, plenty of string and a string winder. I have included a home made design adaptable to a cordless drill. If your still reeling in that string by hand, this will be a God send for you.
You don't need to get bogged down with the details anymore. Just follow the step by step procedures and your field will come out perfect.
