A mixture of both. Both have their place in a routine. Although I rarely go over 8 reps except on special occasions (prehab, rehab, and some other things). You need to lift heavy if you want to get strong. Lacrosse players hit the weights to get bigger, stronger, and faster so they need to lift heavy weights
try middle for both it kinda makes sence uhhh i inda go half and half like i just said but sometimes i got differant ways some more than others but i meen it all does the same thing

if you lift 70 10 times the effect will be differnt then if you lift 35 20 times
