Your English is indeed hard to read. But as far as I get it this is my opinion---> You cannot compare lifting 10 times 70 KG (I'm Dutch ) with 20 times 35 KG. If you want to gain mussles you do 6-12 reps with as much weight as you can. Offcourse do the excercise proper

acordding to what source. I could not disagree more

high reps have thier place, but a majority of work should be between 1 and 8 reps.
High reps are good for
prehab, learning new exersices and some other stuff but those are the main two

Anyone who has been training long enough knows that, in order to get bigger, you need heavy weights. Low weight, high reps will burn calories and make skinny guys even skinnier. If you want to get stronger/bigger, do no more than 12 reps for every set, aim for 8 with a heavy weight.

Some of this is pretty wrong. Lifting low weight high reps will give you leaner muscle, and more definition, and better endurance. Doing high weight low reps will bulk you up and get you stronger. It is good to do a mix of both. I do a program where you do high reps and slowly get lower each workout, then start over. Works great.(There's a lot more to it then that)

ahahahahaha alex, what the hell are you talking about?!? i cannot understand your writing. yea, you do low weight, high reps to tone your muscles, and you use low rep, high weight to have bulky, stronger muscles.

I recommend doing high weight low reps, try to do as much weight as u can do but get ten reps the first set then the next set should be lower towards 8 and third set around 6

High weight low rep 100%. More reps merely causes your arms to get more tone and work your cardio moreso than more weight, which builds your strength 10x more efficiently. Unless you want to look good for the ladies and not get big for lacrosse, high weight's the way to go. Try to take short pauses between your sets too, your sets should range anywhere between 5-12 reps.

light weight more reps = definition
heavy weight less reps = strength

light weight/low reps dont do anything
heavy weight many reps/ may hurt yourself-
(many meaning more than 10-12)
