Wall ball helps everything, also just carry your stick around to get used to it, improve stick skills and comfort when using your stick. Also, i found a 5 foot hollow pole so i stuck it in the ground and then put one of my wide backup sticks in there so the head is jsut sticking out and ill feed to it, on the run, from different angles, while having my brother hack at me. really helps cuz im a crease attackmen/feeder.

That is a great idea.
Here's another one: If you have a goal, then you can aim for the corners and see if you can get them within around 6 inches of them. That was just something my lacrosse coach from last year taught us.

there is no 'best' drill for an attackman. When i started about two years ago, i had never picked up a stick before. But with alot of practice i got good. What i did was, get up in the morning, go for a run, come home, fill up about 3 bottles of water (for drinking), bring a few empty milk jugs out to a wall and aim on them for hours. Also try shooting on the run with all different shots. Good luck with the training and if you have questions dont be affraid to pm

A good drill I know requires a feeder uptop (where a middie would be). Start at a wing (with the ball) then run towards X and when u get back cut back towards where u just came from pass it to the feeder cut to the cage catch and shoot. Also keep alternating the wing that u start at
