Default how to lose wieght for sports fast

well i thought i should share this info on how to lose 10 to 15 in 2 weeks

Just drink 1 gallon of water every day and you will lose weight fast i used this for football 2 years ago so i could be a running back again

You shold also do cardio. It will help you lose weight also. You need to speed up your metabolism to lose weight. Eat more healthy foods in smaller portions (6 small meals a day). This will quicken your metabolism, helping you to lose weight also.

If you eat junk and sit all, day, you will not lose weight. Exersice, eat proper foods, and drink a lot of water.

I always keep a water bottle with me. I take a backpack and fill it with 5-7 bottles (500mL eash bottle)

cut out all soda, and dont eat after eight oclock. this is an easy way to lose weight

yea, Im 13 and less than 80 pounds but thats basically what I've been doing for the past 3 or 4 years since I play runningback (what dadabhoy said about helthy foods, cardio, etc.). But Ive been trying to pack on the pounds too for longpole middie and just cause I gotta gain weight before Im playing high school otherwise Ill get bundled out of my minds

dont gain fat just work out and you willl weigh alot I am pure muscle at the moment and weigh 134 there are alot of fsat kids that look bigger than me and only wiegh around 115 to 120

you dont want to gain the wrong kind of weight. you want to gain muscle mass not fat.

You need to take in more calories then you lose to gain weight. By eating 6 smaller meals a day, you can get more calories in. You also need to work out to make sure you keep fit and not get fat.

i recomend gaining weight by lifting to gain weight not eating as much as you can
