im in the off-season now and im not playing football anymore. just lacrosse. what is a good off season workout to maintain the strength i have and to get even stronger?
Just set up a workout, like with weights. The basics, curls, bench, stuff like that. Keeps you fit, and if you run you will keep endurance. Set up a work out plan for the summer and keep committed, and as you get stronger make the weights heavier, longer/more sets, etc.
