hi i have multiple proton powers but im starting to see alot of people using the clutch i want to trade my proton powers for clutches but hard deal to find

people who have the clutch, best head you ever used?

I have both but I have never used my clutch. From what it feels like I think it would play really well, but personally, I think the Proton Power is all about getting it strung the right way. I think its really, really easy to string it poorly. or just a way that isnt good for the head. With a good string job I think it works wonders.

i strung it with a mid-low pocket and i dont have it in front of me but the sidewall pattern was something to the extent of i,i,i,1,2,1,1,2,1 probably more singles in there but i cant quite remember. u and 2 across and no nylon as far as shooters go. Im actually not a big fan.. before the pocket broke in it was pretty low like right at the bottom and it threw incredibly. once the mesh broke in it creeped up, so maybe you want to try stringing like interlocks and then ones most of the way down and a few doubles at the bottom for a low pocket. depends on what your preference is-ive seen a lot of good ones with mid-high pockets.
