Default Off-Day Conditioning?

Help coach a college club side a few days a week. Due to field limits/school bureaucracy they have 2 afternoon practices one short night practice and games on Saturday.

They have Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday off. We work them hard but obviously need them to put in some running work on their own. Any good in-season conditioning plans. Focusing more on sheer endurance than speed.
