i like all of the work outs listed. I think if you really had to choose one muscle area (besides cardio) to really enhance your game, it would be your core for attack/mid and legs/ass for defense. The core helps with rotation of your body to explode through your shots. Legs/ass will help on defense since you will be squating alot in order to stay square and shuffle with your defender and have a good quick step if you got to slide or come out on a shooter.

Work outs like bench press, squats and power cleans (free weights) are awesome because it requires so many muscle groups to lift and stabilize your body as you work out.

whatever physical activity the core is pretty much the basis for all physical exertion. A stronger core will result in better dodges, shot speed, checks, and overall gameplay

Depends on ur position but I do wrist curls, bench press, military press, leg lifts, u know all that jazz
