Hey guys, I have been passing a ball around with my brother the past few days and i was wondering if you could link me to an article or something that explains different ways to catch and throw the ball. things like overhand, underhand, behind the back. If you don't know of an article but can answer my question please do so. Thanks.

looks good man. unfortunetly the connection on this laptop is not good enough to play the videos and the internet on my pc isn't working haha but i will give you further notcie once i watch some of those. if anyone has this kind of thing in text that'd be awsome. thanks for the help.
