i was wondering if anyone knows where i could get a 7 day eating program for a locrosse diet. and an off season, pre season, and on season, workout program. also some good drills for training. thankyou very much.

There is no specific lacrosse diet. Everyones diet should be healthy. I will touch on this more later tonight after I get back.

I believe there are some drills on this forum which I can get to you later tonight.

go on bodybuilding.com and go to the supersite
then go to sport specific on the left hand side
and they have agility workouts and programs and such
its a good site

alright at the last camp i went to i spoke w/ coach Dyer (althetic trainer for JHU and many pros from different sports) He said that you need to consume 3 cups of oatmeal perday along w/ your average meals. This allows your body to consume more calories making it easier for your body to rebuild muscles bigger. 1 cup is 3 packs.

it takes longer than 7 days but i thought i'd help you out

I know I'm a girl and I'm not supposed to be in the men's forum, etc. but honestly the healthiest diet you can be on for lacrosse is a balanced ones, maybe take vitamins or something, but really be careful that if you choose a diet, that it's a healthy one.

i know that sounds over-ly weird but i once knew i guy who to lose some weight ate only cabbage =[
