I know I'm a girl and I'm not supposed to be in the men's forum, etc. but honestly the healthiest diet you can be on for lacrosse is a balanced ones, maybe take vitamins or something, but really be careful that if you choose a diet, that it's a healthy one.
i know that sounds over-ly weird but i once knew i guy who to lose some weight ate only cabbage =[
