I have already done the Translation of the history and stuff like that but to valorize my job i need some tactics and tecnics of Box Lacrosse or Lacrosse can you help me?

Thanks for the links guys..well like i said i have already translated the history and evolution of the game, i started to traslate the Canadian Rules about Box Lacrosse..I would like to have some informations about tecnics and tactics..pics or videos of the infractions to a better comprehension..all ideas are good..and thanks fot the help again

Spearing is basically the same as spearing in hockey. I have never heard the term "face masking". I will have to look into that.
