I am a 7th grader and run a mile in 7:03. I was tied for 2nd best in my grade. So lets here how fast you guys run a mile and what grade your in too. If you want you can put down longer distances time too. Like I do cross country and I get a time of 13:07. I don't know how long the course is thoguh? I know it is somewhere artound 2 - 3 miles. (the cross country time was back in fall btw).

I don't even know. The last time someone timed me was 3 years ago and I think I ran it in 6-8 min. I know I am slow.

i am going into 8th grade this year but last year at football we had to run the mile wiht are helmets on and it was hell and are coach would time us i got 5 minutes and 45 seconds the person that came in second got 5 minutes and 50 seconds

Well being a female and apparently much older then then majority of people writing on this forum i am bound to be slower but I am the fastest on my team. Last time I was timed which was not to long ago during lax season I was running a 621 mile which was my best time ever. When I run it out of season on my own it usually falls at like 7-720. I am 21 so I am much older then most of you and the prime years for fitness is ages 16-20 so i am losing speed. We also got timed in the half mile which I have run in record time of 155 which is insane and I have been unable to do that ever again....

Well my mile time is between 8-9 minutes. Mile times have very little to do with speed, it mainly has to do with stamina. If you want to measure speed get your 40 timed

6.9 seconds for the 40 2 years ago but it was back forth back forth

6:11 i beleive. I can do much better, i was trying to jump over 4 trashcans during it when the instructor wasnt watching. I got over them once

Well i cant say that i have timed my 40 but my 100 is about 12.6

Ok I just timed my mile recently and got 6:56. So it improved.
