no need for tape buddy. i prefer a brine ignite supra. but for the tape part, if theres a guitar store nearby go there and ask for this stuff called 'gorilla snot'. its supposed to keep the guitar pick in the hand of the guitar player. so in this case i would use it on my stick. havent tried it but have heard good things about it

if your lookin for a good, light shaft, with a nice grip, get a warrior diamond. It has little bumpy things that help with grip and since it is a krypto pro, it is really light.

Okay, ignore the posts up to this time, I don't think they have catered to your needs. First off, answer me these questions three:
1. What..... is the amount of experience you have?
2. What..... age/skill group are you in?
3. What..... do you want in a shaft, being more specific than you already have? Ex... a % of the balance between strength and weight, a specific grip type, etc. etc.

Second off, for heads:
1. Again, the weight/strength question
2. What kind of pinch do you want?

Only after having answered these questions, should you take our input seriously.

Also, in the end, just use whatever works best for you. We could recommend some titanium shaft, but you are better with an aluminum. The choice is yours, we are just trying to guide you in the right direction.

Finally... don't get an arrow!!! Arrows are not good, the wings do nothing, except allow the pinch to go all the way. Basically, you lose catching space, and gain nothing. Also, it feels unbalanced when playing with it.

Yes, it is. As a general rule, if you are going to get a warrior product (god forbid) get one of the orginial, IE: Krypto, Krypto Pro, Titan Classic. They are the only ones you can count on for durability/strength, and, of not getting ripped off.

I would get a bionic or an evo pro for the head and the stx or brine scandium for the shaft.

skip all the posts up to this one

ok, you said you wanted light and grippy. in that case get either a harrow field or harrow ibeam since box/howitzer/monster are all heavier. but for something really light get a krypto pro or a db803.

for a head you can get a torque or an evo pro since they are both tight pinch and really lightweight, since that seems to be what you are going for hear.
