Hi all, I am goalie in one team in Slovakia. I have played lacrosse for 3 years but I have lack of experienced trainer for goalie. Do yuoo know where I could find on internet any videos which could help me with me emprooving?

Are you looking for videos to train goalies or drills to train them? Is it for box or field. I saw a video of someone teaching techniques for goalies. Let me see if I can find it.

that is, after you get proper technique down(like videos and coaches teach) then have someone take shots...

there is no real "right" way to play goalie.
As long as you attack the ball and cut off the shooters angle, you should be fine.
