i just swiched from defence to attack and my small k18's aren't going to cut it. Should i get the larger k18's or the g22's?

If you've switched to attack I would get the G22's. I'm planning on getting them becuase they're light as hell and dont soak up sweat like all other pads, plus it still gives just as much protection (or it's supposed to atleast). I would wait for more people's opinions before you go out and buy something.

I personally like the K18's. They are extremly comfortable and has the some amazing mobility. The G22's are even more comfortable and protective, so comfortable that they barely make your arm sweat like many elbows these days. The only thing is the G22's have slightly less mobility then K18's. Most people Ive asked prefer K18's more but you need to try them out if you can.
Basically if you want protection and a little bit more comfort get the G22's,
But if you want mobility get the K18's
