for up to $40 you could get any alloy shaft those are my favorite because if they get broken its not that big of a deal. but it depends on what head u have.

just put the money in and get a shaft for 80ish cuz it will last longer and will cost you less in the long run. also they would most likely be lighted and that is better for attack

Go buy one of those Brine shafts for like $25.00 on sale at lacrosse.com. Those are way good shafts.

I like the Vandium. I use it for goalie and have put it on my offensive stick a few times. it has got those super octagon edges for some serious grip. the best part is is that it is only 44 bucks
