How much are you looking to spend? How heavy of a shaft can you deal with? Will it have to take a huge beating?

if u are going to be tuching the ball more get a light stick its easyer to pass and stuff...but if you dont tuch the ball much and if you can handle the weight get a heavy stick...maybe even a wooden stick those things will hurt people.

I'll second that Talon makes good stuff you better have some strong forearms though.
