What position should I use it for?
That’s a great question!
I’m mainly an attackman…(hence the name) And I love it for attack, because of its pinch, durability, and forward cant. But, in my experiences with it on D, it has treated me well. Its very stiff, and is not forgiving when it comes to hitting and checking. Its also great for midi. You get the best of a D head, and the Best of an attack head.
The burning question.
The teeth?
The teeth are actually helpful. They make it very hard to dislodge the ball from the pocket. They sort of poke inward to create a sort of tunnel for the ball. They are not designed to inflict pain upon others! That’s about all on the teeth.
The bottom/sidewall holes.
The sidewall holes are set up very well in my opinion. They are spaced just right, and are set in pairs…for multiple stringing options. The bottom teeth flare outwards as opposed to inwards like the top teeth. The way the flare out gives the head a sort of reverse flare. (Tighter on top sidewall, More open on bottom sidewall) The flare gives you great pocket swing with some sort of soft pocket, and it gives you great hold with a hard pocket.

The Teeth do sort of cheat the rules a bit, by allowing a slightly deeper sidewall. Each peak, and valley of the teeth measures exactly 2 inches.
There is one weakness, sometimes if you occasionally catch a pass on the sidewall (not purposely) The little rubber teeth that come off of the main tooth will sort of break off, but this doesn’t affect game play at all, so there’s really no reason not to get a g-force.

The ball control on the G-force is outstanding thanks to the pinch, and teeth.
Overall it’s a great head for almost any position. It can be stung with almost any pocket, its stiff, durable, and has a great pinch.
Thanks for reading.
