ok I have under armour D cleats.
idk what kind but if its important I can look find out.
My cleats are detachable and I need to get some some new spikes and I dont know where to buy them. I want to buy them online so does anybody have any experience or know where I could find them? preferably metal?

Replacement screw ins are universal. Any online retailer that sells cleats will have them, eastbay, under armour, Sports authority, Dicks, Great Atlantic etc. The ones you probably want are just 1/2" which is what comes in the cleats from the factory.
