Default Putting Shaft and Head together

Hey LAX Forums,
I just joined to ask you guys a question. So im starting Lacrosse in a weeks time and i needed the equipment. I will play defense as i cannot run for long duration. I'm 6'1 and weigh around 200lbs. So after an hour or two of research i decided to get the Warrior KryptoPro shaft and STX Xcalibur head.

So before i buy anything, do these two fit together? And if so how do i put them together?

Thanks for reading.

Welcome shraphen! Glad you joined and I hope you stay to increase your knowledge and hopefully pass it along.

As to your question, yes they will fit. Any head will fit any shaft. It might be loose or tight (cannot remember with Warrior and STX). Give me a minute or two and I can check with my stick.

Edit:
After checking, it is loose but barely noticeable when a screw is placed. You can always tape it up if you find it loose.

ahha....don't be so sure of the brand sizes being consistent though

different shafts vary the size of alloy walls on the shaft. My kpro diamond is really tight on my proton power but my kpro wirefade is a tad bit loose (hardly noticable)

95% of shafts imho fit together with heads fine from the manufacturer. you shouldn't have any problems. Glad to see you on the forum and hope to see you posting around....

The only thing you may have to do is drill a new hole, since they come from different companies.

logan is right you could do that .... but i would recommend drilling a hole and using a screw over that. the tape is a last effort kinda thing

Hey Laxgoalie, I use that combo and it does fit. You will have to drill a new hole in the shaft though.

You can use credits in the Vbookie section to bet on different games. The more credits you have will also change your rep power. More credits = higher rep power.
