I am looking to buy shoulder pads that have minumal protection. I also want to have the sternum guarded for some fast shot at the heart, which this has. Any oppinnions on this before I buy it? The information I read seems good, but I want to hears some player's ideas. Any small reviews, is it good, bad? Pros and cons?

I dont think your going to find a liner at a comparable mobility that offers suitable sterum protection, i know for sure the exodus liners dont.
