what position do you play? you want flexible gloves that will break in easily and that you can move your fingers as much as possible. so basically you want it to be like your wearing no gloves at all. if you get checked on your hands a lot, maybe you want gloves with more cushion, or if you don't mind your hands hurting. for example, i play attack in highschool. the gloves i wanted were either the k18's or the brine flights. they both have pros and cons. k18's provide great protection, but they are a bit chunky, but the palms are leather and are breathable. the flights however are very flexible but they dont provide much protection. choosing gloves is basically your preference. hope this helps.

the best thing you can do is jsut go to a lacrosse store and try them on. Some people prefer a tighter fitting glove while other like a looser glove. I prefer a loose glove(use warrior studs) but i had superfreeaks when i was younger and i hated them beucase they were too tight. All gloves have a different feel, jsut try them till you find one you like

In this it's really ALL your preferences.

Aside of that, the only thing you really want to look for is the quality of the gloves. Are any stitches popping out, is anything wrong with them at all?

If those are fine, and the gloves feel good, go ahead and get them. Also, don't be afraid to spend money on gloves, you'll be sorry if you don't.

STX K18 and Brine Kings. Both great. Light, breathable, very protective, durable, etc.
