Hey everyone. I am a junior in high school and this will be my first year playing organized lacrosse. I have played many times with my friends who are good, and I know how to throw and catch good, but I need to learn some of the basics and rules. First off, I don't know anything about what equipment to buy. I will play mid or attack. I need advice on a shaft and head. Should I but the head strung already or should I let my friend do it? I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money so don't put the most expensive stuff on here. Thanks for the help.

Just look online for a starter package, theres the adrenaline line by warrior and one by brine. Beginner pads and a complete stick is what you need to get started. These packs are what you need to get started besides a helmet
