Default If you rly have 300 for a stick

Then i would go with either a sci+ti premiere or titan pro shaft. If you want to get spendy go all out and buy a levitation. Then for heads if you want stiffness go with a clutch. I love mine. Or a helix, maybe a brine voyce or a cyber pro. If you like flexible heads then go with the truth. But only if you want it really flexi. Hope i helped. Wut position do u play anyway

Default Stringing

When it comes to stringing make sure you dont buy a factory strung head. Get a teammate or lax store to do it for you. If it was me i would stick to mesh for durability but you could always get a rockit-pocket off their website. Again wut position do you play

if u play defense id say a crankshaft 10 with either a proton or an x3 head and if u play attack I'd say a krypto pro diamond with a evo pro or helix

The crankshaft 10 degree is not compatible with the proton, only the g22, x3, vgroove, kannon, and k18.

Headwise the proton power or evo pro are both solid heads. The Brine Clutch is a good stiff head and the Brine Franchise is like an updated version of the clutch. All those heads are good for attack/midfield

Shaftwise id reccomend either a sc-ti, Warrior Dolomite or regular scandium shaft. Id stay away from the levitation, its way too over priced for how easily it dents. A great light shaft is either a gait ice or db803

The STX K18 Titanium Crankshaft is a solid attack stick, if thats what you play. The link is right here.. STX K18 Titanium Crankshaft Complete Lacrosse Stick || GREAT ATLANTIC LACROSSE at LACROSSE.COM

its pretty good and strong but you cant get much shot speed on it i love my wonderboy but if you want something a little more durable (it shouldent matter they are more durable then they are given credit for)go with a Kpro or titan but like i said the new wonderboys are beast and they reinforced them but even with the reinforcement it is the same weight in other words the lightest shaft ever
