hey i'm not sure on the rules of this (pic^^)....is that legal?

the ball falls out when upside down without any hesitation and the pocket depth is legal

what purpose does it serve then? well if it doesn't stop the ball from freely moving out then i guess it could be legal, but a ref would most likely call it illegal from the rule of "altering equipment/stick to gain an advantage" who knows if it really doesn't affect anything then ask your ref before a game

it pulls my v strings back not up like tightening them would. i wouldnt think it would do anything either but it kind of id, also im just messing around with a bunch of stuff on my old head to see what does what and so on. but there kind of like rails i guess

Looks like it to me, id figure any good ref would call that illegal but its worth a shot

i think its fine but if i were a ref i maybe alittle supitious about those two strings. again as someone said earlier if you want to try to play with it you may want to ask the ref before the game so you won't get a penaltly or if you score get your point taken away.
