Hey, i'm rather new at lacrosse, i just started playing for my school. I got a cheap 40 dollar Gait stick strung with a soft mesh. Recently i've been having issues with it shooting low and when i try another stick i shoot fine, so i know its the stick. I tried some suggestions i got, loosening the top shooting string, loosening the top part of the mesh, etc. I was hoping to get another opinion as to what the issue might be, i thought i might want to just get a hard mesh...

Is the ball hitting the lip of the head? If it is, tighten the shotting strings. Make sure the top string (attaches mesh to the top of the head) is tight.

yea try tightening the top string and maybe try rolled shooters

Starting at the top going down the strings should be tightest to the loosest

you could try adjusting the shooting strings also. Tighen them if your ball goes up and give them some slack if they are goin down. Or simply get a new mesh soft mesh aint that great.
