I'm a big fan of the proton power and as far as the shaft STX scandium, I don't have one of the new ones but my friends do and they love them

Default Scandium

Id go with the STX scandium. One of our attack men has a Criss Cross and its absolutely pointless. The Criss Cross grip can hardly be felt and is more for looks than anything, if your looking for grip either buy grip tape and a kpro or see if you can find a Liquidmetal..those shafts are the best in my opinion. But for middie the scandium should serve you well. As for a head the Evo 2.0 should be good, one of our middes has one and he loves it.

as for a head if you are better than a beginner go to a store and try both the pp and the evopro but as for the shaft i would take the stx scandium...it is really strong and extremely light...mine has taking some big hits and just got scratches from them rather than dents or dings. if you want the grip the crisscross brings just tape your stick up in X's

i have both the proton power and the evo pro and i would have to say that i like the proton power much better, as for the shaft i would go with the scandium because my friend has the criss cross and its the same thing as the krypto pro and in like a month the grip will wear off and if u really want the cool design just buy tape and do it one the scandium
