If anyone has any tips on breaking in my gloves, that would be great. I've been bending them, and just working them when I just sit around. But, if anyone has any other tips that would be great. I've heard it'll come with sweat, but I live in Minnesota, and we just got abotu a foot and a half of snow. It's also about 20 degrees outside. So I can't really play catch, or jog or anything like that for the time being.

If anyone has any tips that would be great!

(P.S) My gloves are:

minx(sp?) skin oil or put them under your mattres over night. ACV (apple cider vinegar) works ok too but I wouldn't really try that it works better on scars and acne then on glove leather.

do what i do with a stick, if i want to get used to a stick, i will just walk everywhere with it, i guess with gloves, just wear them with your stick and cradle and spin your stick and you will get used to them

Nest advise is to wear them all the time. While watching t.v., keep bending the fingers back or keep streaching them. Thats how I got my Glads broken in. Use mink oil if it has leather palms.

Like everyone else has said, the best thing to do is walk around in them.

Also, I never put anything on my gloves to break them in. Oil will eventually help the gloves to have less grip, and other nasty things.

Naturally broken in gloves feel the best, because they were broken in by you, and conform to your hand. If you use oil, this process will not happen as much, making the gloves not feel as good in the end.

Basically, just whenever you have time, put the gloves on, and keep opening/closing your fists. It will get there, don't worry.

You can put them in the shower and steam them. If you have one of those towel/hand rails in your shower put the gloves on it, making sure they wont fall off. Then put the water on really hot so the gloves get steamed. make sure the water isn't getting directly on them, just the steam. Then take them out, wipe of the water droplets on the back then just bend'em every which way opening and closing your fists and such. Thats what they do for hockey equipment. they have steam rooms to soften/breakin pads and such.
