Default [REVIEW] DeBeer Icon Chest pad

Another season gone by another review here. This time a chest pad!

Protection -- 7/10
This chest pad does not provide as much protection as the Gladiator or even the Warriors ones do. It has extra plastic near the heart area and covers the chest, shoulders (but no shoulder cap), the side of your stomach area, and a small pad the covers that just hangs there. You can adjust the amount of padding in this chest pad. It allows you to remove the side and the hanging part.

Fit -- 9/10
This had a perfect fit. I am 5'11" and my school had a large which was the proper size for me. It all depends on your height.

Comfort -- 9/10
This pad is very comfortable. It allows you to move freely and is very light. It does not hinder any saves.

Durability -- N/A
My school has had this pad for 4 years and it still works perfectly. It has no rips or tears.

Overall, this is a good pad but I would not recommend this pad to highschoolers. It is good for people 12 and below.

If anyone has any questions about this review or the pad, please feel free to ask them and I will answer them to the best of my knowldege.

Great durabilty i see, 4 years. I would think you'd give hte durability a 10/10 because it has been a long nough time you've had your chest pad an you still have it for 4 years. But otherwise, great review! This is now 2 great reviews I've seen from you now today.

I may have worded it wrong. This pad is great for people who are looking for a thin pad. Shots do sting when you get hit. The Gladiator was a top pad in its time. I thought it was also light and thin. Many goalies used to swear by it.
