Well last month Lowell and I made a deal. I was trading him my brine f 15 shaft for a wooden d shaft. Then at the end of october we were suspose to ship at the same day on the last saturday of october. I thought everything was going fine. He replied a few days after i asked himif he shipped his shaft and said yes as you can and he got mine. Well its been about 2 weeks now and he has been ignoring my pms. I am wondering what i should do now

I would first check with the post office to see if the shaft was lost or damaged by the Post Office.
