do i have to remember when i bought it? how do they know kids aren't just trying to get their shafts repaired after the warranty expires? should i tell them i don't have a reciept for it or will they ask?
Just send them a nice email explaining what happened, and see whats happens.
Don't worry, I garuntee they won't shoot you.
At worst, you won't get another harrow, but you most likely will get another. Harrow is very customer friendly, that is how they stay in the market. You should get another.
