Default Personal Trainer

Well. I am an online personal trainer. I am very cheap. I only charge 20 dollars an hour. This is very little compared to most trainers who charge anywhere between 100-150 dollars an hour. I can do anything from answering a couple of questions you have to making you a personalized routine. If anyone is interested please PM me

Thanks

I am selling my knowledge and expertise. We will talk through phone calls, email or AIM whatever you prefer. I will do anything from answer your questions to make you your own personal routine. I can be your Personal Trainer for 50 dollars a month or 400 dollars a year. If you pay me for the month I will follow your workouts and answer questions at any time you want. It also may be cheaper depending on how many questions you have. These prices are very cheap compared to any other online personal trainers. If you pay me by the hour for a personalized routine you will get 16 weeks worth of routines. Another advantage of paying for a month or a year is that throughout your work I will be keeping an eye on what is happening so I can make any changes necessary to your routine/diet so you get maximal gains. If you have any other questions please ask

Thank you,
Paul Milano

Sorry buddy, but its not that easy. There are many factors, which go into making a good routine. It takes a lot more knowledge then googling how to "conditoin" and how to lift. If it was that easy more Americans would be in shape, and more athletes would perform at higher levels and have longer careers

Here is a Testimonial. I have a couple more coming soon

"I didn’t know anything about working out so I went to Paul Milano. He got me started and gave me encouragement, he happily answered all my questions, customized my workout for what I wanted, and was very easy to work with, a great guy. I thought the workout he gave me was a bit too advanced, so I asked for a simpler one. Within 10 minutes he emailed me that workout. I always wanted to start working out but I was too lazy. But he encouraged me and now I am pumped up about working out!"

The knowledge I have isn’t free. Sure there is free stuff on the internet, but there is so much crap. You have to be able to sort the good from the bad. You have to be able to compile the knowledge you gained and be able to put a program together. I bet if anyone of you posted a program on here I could tell you at least 5 things wrong with it that will lead to muscle imbalances or injuries

more testimonials

“I've been working out with Paul for 4 weeks now and he's already increased my bench by 45 pounds. I can see results and he’s correct my form on my dead lift and bench. He has taken into considerations my prior injuries, and makes sure I don’t get injured again. I recommend Paul to anyone from the weekend warrior to the dedicated athlete.”

- Jake Farrow (College Lacrosse procpect)

“Only less than a year ago I was too embarrassed to go to the weight room because I was weak. I love sports and it is my life. In sports, you must be strong to be a great player, especially in lacrosse, my sport. I was a good player, but never great. But then I met Paul and he motivated me to get a membership at the local gym. Although surrounded by bodybuilders and college football players, I proudly worked out. I overcame my fears in the weight room and grew stronger and stronger. But on the field, my skills have become better and I have added a new aspect to my game. However, that was months before he started his personal training business. Now I am a member and it is as if I am getting expert advice for free because of his low fees. It is definitely worth the small cost.”

- Pantherlax

"Paul Milano is an excellent personal trainer. I've had the pleasure to work out with him and from the very first workout I could tell the knowledge and enthusiasm he has. He's adept in what he does and does not give up on his clients. I'd recommend him to anyone who wanted to improve their game and/or body."
