In this case, I believe it is legal. I'm assuming you have not strung the pocket, b/c it's not legal to sell an rp you strung.

Many heads have patents on them, and they are resold and bought legally. It should be the same with a rock-it pocket. It was originally bought from Flip, so it's legally paid for.
