Talking New Equipment

Heyy.. so basically I've come to the conclusion that I'm gonna buy some new equipment for my summer camp before I start the college 'venture. Is that pretentious? ...Maybe

Anyways, what do you guys suggest for gloves & chest protector?

I want something baller, I know I sound like a n00b. And even moreso like one because I just used the term "n00b," but yea.. Something more aesthetically pleasing than the norm.. and also, something super great protection because my fingers got MESSED UP this season with my Choppers.. damn those looked sexy but turned out to be so cheap.

Also, the chest protector would be great if it was thin-fitting because the matching Chopper protector made me look uber bulky in my jersey.. so yea. Decent protection with a flat exterior

Thanks guys

Default hypnos

well, i broke my thumb last year, so i got new gloves. the "Warrior Hypno". they got good finger protection and a nice big thumb pad. they work well (i.e. Flexibility, etc.) for me, so i suggest these.

I heard the Warrior Superfreaks are really good for protection. I have never tried them out. I am still rocking some Goalie Glads. For a CP, the Brine Eraser is very popular. It is low profile and provides great protection. I have used a DeBeer Icon CP and I loved it. Very low profile and is not bulky. I am using a Warrior MPG 2.0 CP and I love it. Really light, low profile, and is protective.

I got the Warrior MPG 5.5 as a CP and it is incredible. I dont even know it is there when I play. I really dont know what kind of gloves I have but they are STX that is all I know. They really give good protection though. I think they are the I-pro.
