I live in the midwest if that helps, but i can go to the east coast if there is a good one.

peak performance lacrosse camps at springfield college = fanomonal. Great camp.

if you are only limited to the east coast then this probably wont help but if you can go to the BYU camp in Provo,Ut.
they have a great staff to teach you and they even take you to a damn water park. Look into it
