For goalie heads, you need a really large dish to dye your head in. I used a tobagan :\. Some people use a rubbermaid tub or something along those lines. Just follow regular dying directions we have on this site. Just increase the amount. For your dye, you would want to first dye the head fully yellow. Then using a hot glue gun, glue the sides you wish to REMAIN yellow. Let the glue dry and then dip the head in the black solution. I would use 3 or more packages of black dye. Otherwise, it will come out purple. I have some dyed heads in my webshots which you can check out.

Just remember, once your head is dyed, it voids the warranty on the head.

It depends on what type of design you want. If you want a splatter effect, put the glue all over. If you want it in a certain area, then put it only in that area.

With the hot glue, you would only need to put one layer on. The glue should be quite thick when it comes out of the gun.
