no head improves your game!!!!!!!!!!!! it is you, your skills, etc. But... Gait Sentinel is considered the Lightest. Brine Nemesis is heavier but is also considered good. ALL PREFERENCE!!

What about the Brine Eraser or the Stx Guardian???

and using a lighter stick will cause less transfer time leading to easier offhand saves. And an offset stick makes clearing the ball easier keeping the ball out of ur end. its the little thinks bro

yeah I know it helps you but it doesnt necesarily "make you better"... and no I don't know about those two goalie heads but if you have questions about any other heads besides goalie I can answer 'em all haha.

ya, ur right on that, only practice makes u better. what do u play on the field. i do have a question about heads for defense, have a finalizer but i also have an edge, which would work best on a kryptolyte shaft, i do like to call middy back quite often but i either dump it down the field or get to an attackman most of the time. if that changes anything

It really depends on what level and what type you play. For box, I have to go with a woodie. But for plastics, I would go with a web. But there are goalies who use a nemmy and an eclipse.

For field, I really love my eclipse and sentinal. Both light heads and make great pockets. But then, there are those who love their nemmy and abyss (which I loved last year).
