Hey i usually use those 1-2 dollar cheap mouth guards, but i have had trouble talking with them and i also have a bad habit of chewing the mouth guard so it gets all ripped up. Does anyone else have trouble talking and what mouthguard do you use?

I use the free ones that my school gives me! Yes, I know I am cheap. It is really hard to talk with them, but I try to keep it as molded to my teeth. With them molded, I am able to comunicate with my D but not as clearly. O well.

sculpted the mouth guard with a pairing knife and the run it an a flame to melt the rough edges and then mold it so it only covers your front teeth so it will still help prevent concussions and hockey mouth
