i got the adult green shock doctor one but the problem is, it wont mold onto my teeth and it keeps falling off when i wear them. i boiled the water and dumped it down for 2 minutes. but the gel is still as hard as rock and hot as hell.

how do i get it to stick on my upper teeth well? how come my mouth sticks out when i try and close it. is it because its bulky?

its only meant for your bottom teeth so it prevents jaw and concussion injuries

You're only supposed to boil it for 30 seconds max. Just read the directions on the back of the box, it shouldn't be that difficult. If the mouth guard is defective (it shouldn't be rock hard after you boil any mouth guard), clearly something is wrong.

golden, you're thinking of the new gravity mouthguard. The green gel ones are not that.

Go for 90 seconds and see what happens.

Yeah, it should be like a normal (on top set of teeth). Basically once you see the mouthguard to lose its form because of the water (usually will cave in or something) and get really easy to disform, it's time to pop it in. Really shouldn't be taking over two minutes though, that's interesting they say 2 on the website. The one I just got said 30, but I guess it was also a different model as well.

ok, it finall sticks on my upper teeth by itself. but are ur bottom teeth supposed to bite on it or u just close ur lips instead of bitting down? cuz if i bite down, it falls off again

It should fit you well enough that you are able to talk and it not falling off. If you have problems like that, you may need to do it again.
